If unworn and unscathed, all goods can be returned to us within 14 days. Jewellery returns will need to be shipped at your own expense in the original undamaged packaging. Please have a look at our full returns policy in our website footer below.

If stock is available, you should receive your Thira jewels within 3 to 5 working days. Turnaround time for custom-made jewellery such as the Thira Collection for example, may take anywhere from 3 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.

International shipping may take between 2 and 5 weeks.

You will be provided with a tracking number from our courier service as soon as your order has been shipped.

- Avoid showering/bathing/swimming with your gold plated pieces.

- Taking off your jewellery when washing your hands and sanitizing will go a long way in preserving the gold plating.

- Body oils and sweat can impact gold plating. Avoid gyming / working out with your gold plated jewels.

- Gold plated jewels don’t like moisture, so be sure to put your creams on beforehand and let them dry before putting these pieces on.

- It is natural for the gold to fade over time. The great thing about our gold plated jewellery is that the base metal is sterling silver! So when your gold does eventually fade, you’ll still have a stunning silver piece of jewellery to keep forever ✨
